My friend who tried your cookies last weekend asked me to pass along her feedback as well. 😊
She said she finished all of the cookies yesterday and really enjoyed them. She especially liked that they were sweet without being overly sweet, which matched her personal preference.
She tried them in several different ways — at room temperature, straight from the refrigerator, and lightly warmed in a pan. She was surprised by how much she enjoyed them straight from the refrigerator; she liked the firmer texture and how dense and satisfying they felt.
The Honey Butter Rosemary was her favorite. Even though it was a flavor combination she had never experienced before, it felt completely natural, and she loved how the rosemary came through clearly without feeling overwhelming — something she would definitely eat again.
She was also especially excited about the Pretzel Potato Chip Chocolate Chip cookie. She had previously read about this style from a Japanese baking author but had never tried one — tasting a real homemade version was exciting for her. She really enjoyed the sweet-and-salty combination.
